Located on the 5th floor (the elevator goes to the 4th, with just 12 steps more), this private retreat offers a spacious bedroom, a cozy living room, a modern kitchen, and a stylish bathroom. Enjoy ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a centralized heating and cooling system, and continuous hot water from the solar heater. Feel secure with a reinforced door, remote-controlled shutters, smoke detector, and safety equipment. Step onto the 30m² rooftop terrace with its motorized tent, a round dining table, and stunning views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill – magical at night! A second balcony at the back offers even more outdoor space. Inside, relax on an Italian-designed sofa that transforms into a double bed, watch satellite and cable TV on the flat-screen, or set the mood with LED lighting. The fully equipped kitchen has everything from a fridge and oven to a Nespresso machine, toaster, and juicer, plus complimentary coffee, tea, and local treats. • Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
• No parties or any type of events.
• In case you want to have someone else invited in the property we have to be informed in advance in order to give permission.
• No pets.
• Kids must never be left unattended anywhere that could put them in danger.
• Never share the codes with anyone else besides the current guests of the suite.
• When you leave the apartment, you have tomake sure that every door or window is completely closed. This has to be done for security reasons. If you leave any of the above open you will be responsible for anything that may occur.
• During the night you are strongly advised to close the balcony doors of the apartment and the rolls wherever they are available. This has to be done for security reasons. Athens generally is a safe city but we have to be careful.
• Do not throw paper or anything else in the toilet. Additional basket bags are left in the apartment in order to change them as frequently as you like.
• The quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:00.
• In case of an emergency you evacuate the building from the main door of the apartment.
• It is forbidden to leave the card into the reader when you are not at home. this is mostly for safety reasons as well as environmental purposes. In case you leave it into the reader you will beresponsible for anything that may occur.
• Leave the tent of the main balcony open always when you leave the apartment.
• Running water shall not be used in the back balcony. In case you want to clean it use the broom and the mop.
